Schedule Initial Exam and Cleaning

EMD will contact you within two business days to confirm receipt of the online forms. EMD schedules quarterly visits with our partner facilities. We will inform you of the date and time of the next scheduled dental visit. EMD will coordinate with facility staff to facilitate a successful dental visit. This includes all premeds both for antibiotics and/or anxiety, and any special needs.

Hear From Us

Our team will follow up with the results of the comprehensive exam and cleaning, and if necessary provide you with a care plan detailing needed work, as well as an insurance claim form, as applicable.

Recall Visits

EMD will handle all of the logistics with our partner facilities to ensure successful followup visits. We recommend quarterly (3 mo) cleanings and 6 month exams to maintain the best oral health possible. This frequency greatly minimizes new decay in between scheduled visits.

Regardless of your preference, we will keep you updated the next time you are due for your scheduled recall.
